In 2025, France is issuing a €2 coin in honour of the Louvre Museum, the largest museum in the world and a national treasure attracting millions of visitors each year. The national side of the coin depicts a stylised view of the eastern façade of the museum building. This design pays tribute to the art and history of the Louvre.
The coin is available in BU quality in a card, with the official issue scheduled for mid-March 2025. However, you can obtain this card from our online shop in advance with immediate delivery.
