2 euro Slovakia 2018 - Establishment of the Slovak Republic (BU coincard)

Description

The Slovak Republic was established on 1 January 1993 following the division of Czechoslovakia. In 2018, it celebrated the 25th anniversary of its creation. This important milestone, commemorated on the €2 coin, recalls the journey Slovakia has taken from its establishment to its present form as a modern and independent state and a member of the European Union and NATO.
